Type of Projects Carried Out
Our company at present undertakes a varied workload in both public and private sectors, with values up to £2 million under the following mentioned disciplines:

  • New building and improvement schemes to schools, churches, etc.
  • Industrial and commercial construction and improvement schemes.
  • Construction and alterations to domestic properties with a special interest in large detached properties.
  • New building and improvement schemes to public housing.
  • Minor repair work via our small works department
Public Sector Work
Our company has been involved in many projects for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, together with Response Maintenance Contracts and projects for Housing Associations and as such we have a comprehensive knowledge of Social Housing and have continually been involved in liasing with client representatives and tenant / community associations.

Private Sector Work
Our company has been involved in a wide range of private sector projects. All types of private work are carried out including new and refurbishment work to commercial, industrial and domestic buildings.
