Pat joined the company in 2001 and since then has developed into one of the senior members of the management team.

Her overall role is an Office Manager, including management of accounts and supervision QA procedures.

Susan Carlin
Office Management

Susan joined the company in 2006.  Her primary role is the administration of the Maintenance Solutions Division.  She is the first point of contact for the customer within the company and as such performs the role of Customer Liaison Officer.

Leo Armstrong ACIOB
Quantity Surveyor / Buyer / H & S Officer.

Leo joined the company in 2007.  As part of Senior Management team, his responsibilities include estimating, pre-tender planning, project management and developing the supply chain for all projects.
As Health & Safety officer he develops the company’s site specific plans for all projects.
